- by Tracy
Can you believe these charming and colorful buildings are actually wardrobes for children? The closets are made by Dutch company, Kanst van een Huis, which roughly translated is the equivalent of “a barn of a house”. The building’s facade reminds one of a walk down a bustling street in Amsterdam but instead of markets and shoppes inside, they provide valuable storage for your child’s room. Each closet contains a hanging rod and shelves hidden inside. If you are interested in seeing other designs by the company or if you would like to learn how you may purchase one of these wardrobes you can contact the company by visiting there website here.

When this colorful little see saw first comes out of its box it looks more like a puzzle than a teeter totter. The Tau See Saw is perfect for the DIY parent who like to participate in the construction of their children’s toys. A template is cut into sheets of wood leaving it just slightly connected together. Once taken apart, the pieces can be easily assembled to create the toy you see here. If your child outgrows the fun the see saw can be disassembeled and stored flat for a potential younger sibling to enjoy.
