It’s never too early to teach children the importance of a healthy body. My adorable niece recently started kindergarten at a local Montessori schoool. Everyday before the lessons begin, the children participate in a short yoga class. To our surprise-she loves it! So it got me thinking, do they make yoga mats for children?
